Golden Hills + Milk & Honey Partnership

Golden Hills is partnering with Milk & Honey restaurant of Harlan on a series of educational programs relating to local foods, conservation, and outdoor recreation.

The Seasonal Cookery series is a collaboration between Milk & Honey and Golden Hills RC&D to bring more attention to locally-produced foods in our area *and* to provide some foundational kitchen skills from an instructor with decades of experience.
Join James Calkins from Milk & Honey for a relaxed, informative demonstration as we work through some useful kitchen techniques and preparations.

Other programs will include prairie walks, prairie seed harvesting, on-farm dinners, and more. Stay tuned!
