Who We Serve Our official region includes the following eight Southwest Iowa counties: Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, and Shelby, but some of our projects extend beyond these counties throughout the western part of Iowa. Learn more about where we work.
