Lewis & Clark in Iowa: Sunset Hike & Journal Readings

Meet at the overlook.
Join Lewis & Clark enthusiasts Adam Kucirek & Bill Danforth for journal readings and a hike on Sunset Ridge at sunset, overlooking the Loess Hills & Missouri River valley in Fremont County.

Free and open to the public. Come prepared for a rugged hike on dirt trails with steep inclines. Hike will be about two miles. Proper clothing and shoes and bug spray recommended. A flashlight or headlamp may be helpful since the hike back will be after sunset.
