The Southwest Iowa Performing Arts and Education Association is setting the stage by offering a wide range of entertainment at public performances. In addition, performing arts workshops and classes for all ages are offered throughout the year.
The new Wilson Performing Arts Center in Red Oak is a state-of-the-art facility featuring a comfortable and inviting auditorium with seating for 250. This $7.5 million dollar facility's opening is scheduled for the fall of 2008, however the Performing Arts & Education Association keeps a calendar with dozens of public performances held each month throughout southwest Iowa.
