Product Description: Our fruit harvests include rhubarb, strawberries, gooseberries, black raspberries, mulberries, cherries, blueberries, peaches, aronia berries and apples. Our produce includes asparagus, lettuce, spinach, radishes, green onions, peas, beets, kohl rabi, potatoes, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini and summer squash, and mashed potato squash. From our certified kitchen, we have 24 varieties of jams and jellies, from our homegrown and wild harvested fruits. We also have 18 different flavors of dried dip mixes, and 24 varieties of dried soup and casserole mixes. And, as custom bakers, we produce a variety of yeast breads including Swedish and Czech rye, white, Italian, and Fresh Ground Whole Wheat. We have 15 flavors of sweet breads, and a large variety of cookies, bars and cakes.
